CENTRA'S POLICIES:

Leases

Centra Leases run on a one year (12 month) lease term

 


When We Show Apartments

We show apartments by appointment only:
Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday from 11:00am to 3:00pm

 


Pets Policy

  • Cats and Small dogs (under 40lbs) are accepted. Rent will be an additional $10.00 each month, per pet.
  • A Pet Security Deposit of $100.00 per pet is required.

 


Money

There is no fee for viewing apartments. If you are interested in acquiring and apartment there is a $50 application fee (for the credit check) and a security deposit equal to one month (plus pet security deposit if applicable). When you are approved Last months and first months rent will be due in addition to the application fee and security deposit.

 


To be Approved

In order to be approved for an apartment you must provide:

  • A Completed Rental Application from each Applicant & Co-Signer (if applicable)
  • A $50.00 application fee per applicant & co-signer (if applicable). This Fee Is Non-Refundable.
  • Photo ID from each Applicant & Co-Signer (if applicable)
  • A Security Deposit equal to the amount One Months' Rent (certified check or money order) made payable to: Centra Associates.     (** Security Depositâ??s and Application fees must be on separate checks**)
  • Proof of Current Income (W2 or 1040 form and 2 most recent paystubs) If you are newly employed and your tax return does not reflect your full current income, please provide us with an offer letter from your employer with your annual salary and start date on company letter head. Bank Statements are not an acceptable form of income.
  • A Signed W-9 Form,   Please see "FORMS" page and click on the "W-9" tab for a copy of the form to be filled out.
  • If a Co-Signer is needed, then the co-signer must follow the same procedures listed above in order to be approved.

 


Renters Insurance 

All tenants must obtain Renters Insurance and supply Centra Associates with a copy of the insurance policy prior to move in.
