Our uncommon Brownstone buildings contain hundreds of totally renovated units ready to accommodate your needs and surpass your expectations. Our secure buildings feature updated kitchens and modern bathrooms so our guests will be sure to enjoy their historic charm without having to sacrifice the convenience of new amenities. Additionally, you will find spacious, unique floor plans in every apartment. While renovating, we took great care to honor the vintage architecture of our buildings so we could bring our clients apartments that include hardwood flooring, a great view of center city and original details.

Parking is available and will ensure that there will never be a struggle to find a space for your vehicle. Additional Storage

  • Leases

    Centra Leases generally run on a one year (12 month) lease term, with options to renew each year. (terms and conditions may vary)

  • When We Show Apartments

    We show apartments by appointment only:

    • Monday – Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm (time may vary)
    • Saturday – From 10:00am to 3:00pm (time may vary)

  • Pet Policy

    Both cats and dogs are allowed, though dogs are subject to breed restriction by owner. Rent will be an additional $25.00 each month, per pet. A Pet Security Deposit of $250.00 per pet is required.

  • Money

    There is no fee for viewing apartments. If you are interested in acquiring an apartment there is a $75 application fee (for the credit check) and a security deposit equal to one month (plus pet security deposit if applicable). When you are approved, last months and first months rent will be due in addition to the application fee and security deposit.

  • Renters Insurance

    All tenants must obtain Renters Insurance and supply Centra Associates with a copy of the insurance policy prior to move in.

  • Utilities

    All tenants must register utilities (electric and gas) in their names and supply Centra Associates with a copy of proof prior to move in.
